sorted.org.nz is a government initiative from the Commission for Financial Capability, which is charged with improving Kiwis financial wherewithal. It allows you to do useful things such as set financial goals, tackle your debt, find the best way to finance a car or get a mortgage, make the most of KiwiSaver, start investing, or find the right insurance cover.

2 Commission for Financial Capability (CFFC)

There is a lot useful information about retirement planning on the commission for financial capability website which is www.cffc.org.nz.

The Commission for Financial Capability is an autonomous crown entity (ACE). This means they report to the government, but the legislation ensures they have independence.

3 My Longevity

Another website worth looking at is www.mylongevity.com.au. This site takes into a range of factors about yourself and predicts your age at death, quite scary however very useful in terms of planning your life. On completion you will receive an estimate of your longevity. There is no cost and it takes 5 minutes!

Then you can use the website to understand more about what drives your longevity and to make some decisions about what you might do
